Thursday, April 29, 2021 - Opened in the bottle for a few hours. Really fantastic Sancerre that manages to be both opulent and lean. Ripe stone fruit, citrus, mineral, vanilla and saline. More savory and less bright than the Pascal (especially on the finish). Drinking great now after some air time.
