Thursday, February 7, 2008 - The nose was yielding very little, but on the palate this was very nice. Darker fruit on the light side with some earth and decent acidity to hold its length. Not one for the long term but should be very good now through the next couple of years. A great match for pork chops topped with a gruyere/mustard blend a la Robin Garr.
