Sunday, September 20, 2015 - The nose was fresh with white peach and preserved lemon fruits. There’s a dollop of butter and a light toastiness to the wine. In the mouth it is full and rich and it still has the vineyards tremendous posture. There’s a torrent of minerals rolling around the mouth after the wine is swallowed.
