Tuesday, October 3, 2023 - almost 12 months to the day - no change a mix of the seasons best barrels of merlot and Cabernet franc 50/50. ??
colour bright red , impenetrable depth black purple hues clear on the rim 15/15
Nose ,intensity , blue red and black fruits red liquorice chocolate ,black olive , spice a peacocks tail of aromas 28/30
Palate full bodied very primary fruits faultless seamless excellent balance , grippy tannins , crisp acidity long finish 42/45
overall sensational and the future is very bright for this wine 11/11

Only one of these wines has been made since 2005 and it was from the 2018 vintage, and after passing over three further vintages we finally have an opportunity to make a “Deux Écus” from the 2022 wines.
