Sunday, December 31, 2023 - Red and dark fruits, light baking spice, black tea, cedar on the nose and most continuing in the mouth. There are significant tannins and acidity and the alcohol peeks through at times, making for a wine that is both substantial and with some lightness. This seemed to improve with more time open (even over days), so likely more time ahead in the cellar too...
