Monday, August 24, 2015 - Still juicy, with dark cherry, currant and a hint of tar; also has a little old world funk which made it interesting. Actually held up okay to a braised beef short rib. It certainly needs to be consumed before too long, but, per the Holy Grail, "it's not dead yet."
