Friday, October 9, 2015 - Much softer than I anticipated and didn't have the characteristic sharpness of usual Chablis. Interesting drinking
The wine looks blonde colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like melon. The body is light/medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has low acidity.
