Tuesday, April 19, 2016 - Excellent. High pitched fragrant earth and mineral nose, with slight mushroom and oak. Elegant medium mouth feel. Texturally similar to a Northern Rhone. Good acidity in the finish.

P.S. Did not hold up well on day two, with diminished sense of acidity and some round vegetal flavors emerging in the mouth and finish. Probably a sign that the wine should be enjoyed sooner rather than later. If I had tasted this on day two only, would have scored this an 89.
