Friday, January 14, 2022 - Young and primary. Decanted for 1 hour. Loads of black cherry fruit and cherry cola. Creamy and smooth finish. Not my style of Pinot but I can see why others love it. Give it 2 more years in the cellar. Maybe it will become more interesting to drink as it evolves?
