Tuesday, August 17, 2021 - This was a bit of a disappointment. The color is a pale yellow with an orange tinge, which is a bit unusual, but irrelevant to the taste. I was expecting the freshness that is typical of this varietal and region, but I found this to be rather on the heavy side. There is some citrus, guava, and red licorice there, but also a bit of a bite and astringency. Lacking focus, a bit flabby and ponderous.
