Friday, August 20, 2021 - I've been wanting to try a pairing of Sancerre and Cheetos... Highly recommend!! The acidity of the wine was tempered by the cheesy saltiness of the Cheeto. It was fantastic on its own too with grassy lime with a faint peach note. Green apple on the tongue with minerality and citrus zest. Finish is nice and long.
