Thursday, October 21, 2021 - C: clear dark red ruby garnet
S: cherry, currant, plum
T: Smooth body, thin at first, tannic finish, red cherry, a little woody. Light medium body. More wood than fruit at first, but fruit finish. Wish it were 5% sweeter. Silky.
