Wednesday, March 25, 2009 - Dark ruby color. No rim variation. Probably filtered minimally. Chocolate, leather, cassis, black cherry, and a hint of oak on the nose. Plum, raspberry, oak, black pepper, and black cherry on the palate. Great complexity for food pairing (probably something with black pepper).
