Monday, September 27, 2021 - Light ruby in color. Really nice balance between fruit (black cherry, strawberry) and earth (mushroom) notes. Medium acidity on the palate with a smooth, medium mouthfeel. I decanted this before serving, and it improved over time. Very enjoyable.
