Tuesday, August 3, 2010 - Full-bodied and satisfying. Paired with chicken and rice and really enjoyed it. The taste is blueberry, lemon, spice, a nice mix without being overpowering on the spice or overpowering on the fruit. The nose is present, but not too strong. Unlike some other wines from Sardinia, the alcohol sense is not the first sensation. This is a real winner, though a bit pricey for everyday ($34 special order). Very nice aftertaste and finish.
