Wednesday, November 29, 2023 - I have over 600 bottles in my cellar. Rosalie made her wonderful turkey chili tonight, and I pulled this out. I am not sure I could have made a better choice. Delightful, fruity nose. The palate was bright fruit, smooth, but with plenty of oomph. Long finish. Best of all, we will have the rest of the chili tomorrow night, and there is half a bottle left to pump down and have another go at a perfect pairing.
