Monday, March 7, 2011 - Quite a bit of residual sugar for a Kabinett, but by no means unbalanced or cloying -- it's got acid to spare, along with alluring peach and pineapple notes and a hint of metal. A true measure of its goodness is how quickly we emptied the bottle. The finish lingers nicely, too. Hard to do much better in this price range.
