Saturday, October 9, 2021 - Brick at the edge
Sweet dark fruit nose with a hint of savoriness and leather
Sweet (and a bit tart) black cherries predominate on the palate. Still has a fair amount of tannin and the finish is 30 seconds long at least
We decanted this and it improved over time.
Our last bottle unfortunately, but very nice and drinking beautifully tonight
