Saturday, November 29, 2008 - Excellent example of Copain Syrah. Not simple at all, but requires air and some coaxing before it reveals its complexity and brilliance. Poured a small glass off after opening and then let the bottle sit for 4 hours and that made all the difference. Great QPR from Mr. Guthrie! Bravo!
