Thursday, July 29, 2021 - More Wine, Less Delta (Osteria Langhe): Perhaps the oldest Hermitage that I've encountered and this was still quite good with signature meatiness, smokiness and black pepper. Fruit is still plush, concentrated and fresh though this is now slightly short, which is to be expected at age 50+.
