Saturday, July 29, 2023 - Was at its best on night 3. Should have decanted 5+ hours or more. Starts with a dusty, dry clay on a hot day note. Savory and herbaceous, medium acidity that works well with Mediterranean food. Good for the price but since I dont drink Chianti that often, would prefer one more accessible and with more character like the Fontondi at higher price point
