Sunday, April 20, 2014 - Decanted 1 hour. Good cork - maybe 25% soaked. Medium garnet core, medium pale garnet rim. Nose is relatively youthful, with dark, slightly smoky fruit, cedar. Medium bodied on the palate, dark smoky fruit, some redder fruit tones, tannins firm but quite fine, quite expansive on the good length finish but not as soft and giving as the last bottle.
