Monday, July 28, 2014 - I opened and decanted this wine about 1 hour before I started consuming it. It continued to develop flavour over the course of 2 hours. I would suggest giving it more than an hour before you start drinking in earnest just to provide enough time to really open up.
The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are medium. There is moderate sediment in the bottle. The body is medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium with low acidity. Classic barnyard smell.
