Wednesday, December 2, 2009 - Solid effort. Very dark, but not as full bodied as you might think. Reticent nose, showing primarily a touch of oak and dark cherries. Mid palate delivers nice, dark fruit and hints of pine needle, but finishes slightly disjointed and very dry.
