Thursday, November 24, 2022 - Decanted for over an hour. Aromas of strawberry, bing cherry, sassafras, cola and beet. Flavors of baked cherry, strawberry, cola, earth and hint of pomegranate. Ends with a 25+ second finish with baked cherry notes. Reminds me of a toned down version of the old Kosta Browne’s.
