Appearance: Clean, Intensity: Pale, Color: Grey Lemon, Border: Lighter, Viscosity: Low.

Nose: Clean, Intensity: Medium, Aromas of: Green Apple, Yellow Apple, Lemon Peel, Lemon oil, Spices, Lime, Ripe Quince, Brioche, an hint of Cheese on the nose once a warmer.
Development: Youthful

Palate: Sweetness: Dry, Acidity: Medium(+), Alcohol: High, Body: Medium, Flavor intensity: Medium, Aromas of Lime Peel, Lemon Peel, Green Apple, Yellow Apple, Lemon oil and hints of Spices.
Finish: Medium(-)

In Conclusion: A very surprising Chardonnay from the Wachau region, that may compete internationally in the Chardonnay leaderboards. Drink: 2021- 2031.
