Thursday, April 30, 2015 - Decanted for 2h and paired with roast duck at 1862 restaurant. This is a beautiful full bodied wine. Copious red berry fruit with a touch of mineral character. Not much in the way of tannin. It is hard to see how this will improve much more with aging!
