Friday, November 26, 2010 - Decanted for 3 hours prior to dinner. Lovely dark fruit flavors. filled with Bordeaux like profiles: Pencil lead, leather and cassis. Well integrated into the wine. This one will age for a while. Only flaw was serving it with Thanksgiving dinner. Would have been much better served with a braised ribs or Osso Bucco.
