Thursday, February 21, 2013 - California Cabernets (Vin Vino Wine, Palo Alto, CA): dark red with purple hues in the color. spicy, dark fruit, riverbed rocks, green bean, faint ginger cola, on the nose. blackberry, cherry, clove, bitter chocolate, on the palate. light mouth-feel, with low acid and tannins on the finish.
