Sunday, November 22, 2009 - We drank over an entire day; decanted half and pour rest into jam jar with seal. Upon first open the wine was a bit tight. We decanted for one hour and the wine that we all loved opened to a first class cab. Smooth, silky, and spicey. The second half we finished 6 hours later with chocolate and fruit. Should be decanted for one hour or cellar longer. I will with my remaining stash.
