Fatal misstep. HAd the remainder of the bottle on Day 3 and didn't feel like as big of a bonehead. Mellowed and open, the wine displayed a lot more game-like flavors considering its varietal. Very good and can't wait to get to the 2000. Not sure if Insignia is worth the money after this experience.
