Sunday, September 5, 2010 - This was a great bottle. Decanted for an hour and drink over the next two with steaks at Max's Chophouse. Started with bubbles and a white CdP before having this alongside an '03 Mount Veeder Reserve. Both bottles were really nice bottles and great parings with the steak. I liked the Viader a little bit more and I think this will get better with time. I have five more and will probably wait a year or two before opening the next one.
