93 Points

Saturday, August 29, 2009 - Nose: Amazing nose of spicy cherries in equal measure with gravel and loam. Hints of cola, mushrooms and sweet flowers in the background. Palate: Soft and rich but with contrasting acid and soft tannin keeping the unreal richness in balance. Flavors of cherry and cola with some spice following. The flavors are round and volumptuous. Other Tracker reviewers have said this is drinking great now...I would agree. My first Williams Selyem, and it is quite impressive. I can't wait to try my other WS Pinot which is a Riverblock vineyard.
