Saturday, October 30, 2021 - The 01 Lafon Santenots is all about cranberry and redcurrant with subtle mineral accents. There’s a touch of cola; I wondered if this reflected youthful reduction before the wine’s identity was revealed. This may need more time to develop tertiary nuance and it’s pleasant today, but doesn’t grab me.
