Thursday, September 8, 2022 - Nose of bruised pear, melon, and a touch of wet dog. Fairly neutral white fruit palate has a waxy texture, adding wet stones, lemon peel, and a touch of acidity. Finish of wet hay, minerals, and some sour fruit notes. Unusual. Drink now.
