Wednesday, April 26, 2023 - Unusual nose of goldenrod, honeycomb, overripe pear, hay, and white lilac. Somewhat dilute apple on the plate with lemon meringue, lemon peel, and tangerine zest. Savory finish with exotic herbs, acidity, and tart citrus. We liked it this time.
