Sunday, July 8, 2007 - The alcohol was a little pronounced on the nose. Nicely balanced toasty oak. Dark cherry and blackberry with a smooth lingering finish.
Decanted about an hour. Drank it with a proscuitto, fontina and basil stuffed flank steak. Great Match!
