Thursday, June 2, 2022 - 2017 Bordeaux wine tasting - we make a little exception for our dessert with this limited edition bottle from 2019 - at mezza9 in Singapore. Medium golden color. Pineapple, mango, very sweet and exotic fruit, and some wet stones on the nose. Med acidity, med body, med alcohol, Med flavor intensity, med finish. Very nice and thick wine, beautiful exotic fruits, i like the minerality as well, still young but already drinking very well. Recommend not to serve too cold so you pick up the full aromatic range of the wine.
