Saturday, March 12, 2022 - Opaque with purple plum around the edge. It clings to the glass upon swirling; actually a rather pretty nose, sweet, plums, chocolate, spearmint and liquorice. Very drinkable as well- a kind of oily acidity balances well with the tannins, which are very fine, and layer the mouth; modestly sweet. It seems a little closed but the finish opens out nicely. And I’ve got sticky sweet lips
