Friday, March 15, 2024 - Opened with Susannah and Cristina. Dinner at Bubastis House. Lamb chops on the big green egg, baked sweet potatoes with butter, and not quite enough asparagus.

I certainly wish I had bought more of this gotten harder when I could. It is proving to be a splendid choice. Big nose, spectacular color,, opens quickly.

First use of the new air pressure opener!. Wizard!
