Dry, firm acidity. Medium bodied. Sour cherry fruit, restrained. Mild tannin. Sharp spirit. Warm finish. Slightly closed - it might need to breathe. Not a lot of complexity or spice. 7.5
Yes… it opened up after an hour. Palate now scores about 8
