Friday, March 4, 2011 - Poured a glass, felt it was a bit too closed and left bottle and glass to take some air for 2 hours or so.
What a fantastic wine this developped into. Full, spicy, sous-bois, wild strawberry. Really pretty special. In a pretty good place right now...
