Sunday, August 14, 2022 - This is very difficult to drink now. With a couple hours of air, the nose does unwind and all along it offers a lemony marine character. That said, the marine character is slightly brackish - not a sea breeze or an oyster but somewhat more fish market. The palate is locked down tight and at this stage it’s pretty unappealing with a questionably sulfur note. While this sounds like a negative note, it’s not really meant to be - this is still so primordial a wine that it’s a shame to drink it now. So don’t.

No sulfur at all nor marine/brackish. , wondering if you might have had a bad bottle? Hope to see some more reviews on this wine to compare. and I hope you'll give it another try.

I'm much more interested in your handle, though. Are you a classicist?
