There is some grass here, but it is more mineral and yellow fruit driven overall. Drink now, cuz I’m personally not a fan of aging these wines - I’ll typically handle a bit more primary fruit if it means the freshness is at its apex. Nothing more boring than a tired white wine… except maybe watching Hamlet in slow-mo while alone and locked in a yurt in Ulaan-Uul, Mongolia.
