Monday, September 18, 2023 - Deep ruby red in color, smokey aromas of clove, vanilla, and black cherry with cedar hints, smooth and fresh on the pallet, soft flavors of blackberries, fig, and black cherry fruit with dark chocolate and herbs and tea tannins in a solid complex finish. Full-bodied red. Let breathe for about an hour. Great quality cab.
