Palate echoed the nose. Energetic and zesty. A full-bodied structure filled much of the palate. Transition is somewhat patchy. Finish is a touch hollow in the middle, leaving an aftertaste of earthy nuances and bitter grape skins. At this stage of development, it is better to drink this with a steak or else let this age for another 3 years for better harmony.
