Monday, December 25, 2023 - must say I don't personally agree with the high ratings on this wine. for me it lacks elegance and humbleness, it's aromatics are very strong in an unbalanced fashion imho, well structured palate, but overall tiering wine, after a glass I want to pass to something else that is not a good sign for me personally, but this is me

12/26/2023 2:07:00 AM - no the bottle was perfect, and don't get me wrong. this is a great wine compared to 95% of wine worldwide. I am a winemaker and more into making wine only with grapes and so2. in my opinion, and again this is personal and i could be wrong, the richness in the nose that after a while for me becomes a bit heavy, is due to some process that is not native to grape juice alone. But again it could be it's a GC and that in time this will translate into elegance? maybe, but not it's simply a bit too much and too artificial for my palate, hard to explain in a comment on the internet, maybe even stupid of me to do so, wishing you a good day

12/26/2023 2:08:00 AM - also keep in mind it was corked with a DIAM 10 meaning it cannot be flawed, as it's not cork and cannot have a cork fault
