Wednesday, March 10, 2021 - Feels almost as compacted as a young Riesling--lager-like nose, with an almost floral apricot pit aroma and a tiny bit of rubbing alcohol that whisk by before a big mineral tidepool. I really think this needs time to knit together. Big fan of this wine producer and vineyard.
