Thursday, January 27, 2022 - Very popular tonight but not in the lofty heights of the last bottle. Main reason is that this one was much more flat in terms of the bubbles, felt like a bottle from the 80ies. I guess the cork was not top on this one. Aromas were fantastic though with caramelized, floral and citrus elements intertwined with baked apples.
