Monday, December 25, 2006 - Wonderfully complex nose of flowers, strawberry preserves, cola, vanilla, sassafras and a hint of forest floor. Beautiful, velvety, caressing mouthfeel with cola, black cherry, wood smoked meat and earthy notes. Excellent structure shows on the powerful finish. Will improve over the next 2-3 years and last many years after.
